DayProof Privacy Policy

DayProof is provided by BE A MAN PTY LTD. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the DayProof iOS app and this website.
1. Calculation data stays on your device
Calculations, dates, project names, notes, milestone timelines, rule profiles, custom workweeks, closures, history, favourites, settings, and trial counters are stored locally on your device. DayProof does not require an account and does not upload this content to our servers.
Basic date calculations are unlimited and free, run locally, and work offline. DayProof does not include advertising or an analytics SDK.
2. Exports and sharing
You control exports. Data leaves the app only when you explicitly create or share a PDF report, JSON backup, or other supported export. The destination you choose, such as Mail, Files, Messages, or another app, handles the shared copy under its own terms.
3. Apple Calendar
DayProof requests Calendar access only when you choose to sync a milestone and iOS asks you to grant permission. The app creates, updates, or removes only Calendar links it previously created, and stores their identifiers locally.
You can deny Calendar access and continue using all calculation features. Deleting DayProof data or uninstalling the app does not automatically remove events that were already created in Apple Calendar.
4. Purchases
Advanced features have included free usage allowances. The optional DayProof Pro purchase removes those limits; basic date calculations remain free without a usage limit. There is no subscription.
Apple processes the one-time DayProof Pro purchase. DayProof uses RevenueCat and Apple StoreKit to load localized product information, complete purchases, verify entitlement status, and restore purchases for the Apple Account on the device.
We do not receive your full payment-card details. Apple and RevenueCat may process purchase identifiers, entitlement status, storefront information, and technical data needed to complete and restore purchases under their respective policies.
5. Shortcuts and widgets
Supported Shortcuts and widgets operate using app data on your device. If you choose to pass a result from a Shortcut to another app or service, that destination handles the information you send.
6. Time zone settings
DayProof follows the time zone configured on your device by default. If you choose a fixed time zone, that preference is stored locally. DayProof does not collect location data to determine your time zone.
7. Support communications
If you contact support, we receive the email address and information you choose to include, such as screenshots, device details, or a problem description. We use it only to answer and troubleshoot your request and retain it only as long as reasonably necessary.
8. Sharing and sale of data
We do not sell personal information and do not use advertising SDKs. We share information only when you direct the app to do so, with purchase providers described above, or when required by law.
9. Retention and deletion
Free history is limited to 10 saved calculations. When a new calculation is saved and this limit is enforced, the app automatically removes the oldest non-favorite calculations first; if only favorites remain, it removes the oldest favorites. Pro has no history limit. You can use Settings → Export all local data to keep a separate backup. Other local data remains until you delete it, use Settings → Delete all local data, or uninstall the app. Purchase history is retained by Apple and RevenueCat as needed to process and restore purchases. You may ask us to delete support correspondence.
10. Children
DayProof is a professional business utility and is not directed to children.
11. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Most DayProof data is controlled directly on your device through export and deletion tools. Contact us for requests involving support communications.
12. Changes
We may update this policy when the app or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.

14. This website
This website is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes connection information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect the website under its privacy policy. We have not added analytics scripts, advertising, account registration, contact forms, or tracking cookies to this website.
When you follow the App Store link, Apple handles your visit under its own privacy policy. Email links open your email app; information is sent to support only if you choose to send an email.
