DayProof Support
For help, email xuezaigds@gmail.com. Include the app version, iOS version, device model, steps to reproduce, the calculation mode and rule profile you used, and a screenshot when possible. Do not send confidential project or client information unless it is necessary and you are authorised to share it.
Business-day and deadline calculations
Basic date calculations are unlimited and free. They work offline, with no ads and no account.
Choose Add, Count, or Latest, then select the dates, amount, unit, and rule profile. Tap the result card to review the calculation details, included boundaries, and every weekend or holiday that was skipped.
DayProof is a general calculation tool. For important contractual, regulatory, or legal deadlines, compare the selected rules with the governing document and obtain professional advice where appropriate.
Holiday calendars and custom workweeks
Open Rules to select a bundled holiday calendar or create a rule profile with your own working weekdays and one-off closures. The bundled calendars cover US Federal, Canada Federal, England & Wales bank holidays, and Australia National holidays. They do not include every state, province, territory, or UK nation. Add other regional holidays as custom dates. Bundled holiday data is versioned and DayProof warns when a date falls outside its verified coverage.
Time zones
DayProof follows the time zone set on your iPhone or iPad by default. To keep dates tied to one location while travelling, open Settings → Time zone and choose a fixed time zone. Choose Automatic to return to the device setting.
Projects, PDF reports, and Calendar
Use Projects for multi-step timelines such as Notice → Response → Delivery. A change to the trigger date recalculates later milestones. Open a calculation or project to export a PDF or sync supported milestones to Apple Calendar. Calendar permission is requested only when you choose to sync.
DayProof Pro
Basic date calculations have no usage limit. Advanced features include 3 custom rule-profile creations, 3 project creations, 1 saved template, 3 PDF exports, 3 Calendar syncs, and 3 actions to add favourites. These are included usage allowances, not daily limits. Deleting a project, rule, or template does not restore its used allowance. Existing projects and rules remain editable after the included creations are used.
DayProof Pro is a one-time lifetime purchase that removes these advanced-feature usage limits. There is no subscription and no advertising. To restore a purchase, open Settings → Restore purchases and use the same Apple Account that made the purchase. Restore is also available on the DayProof Pro screen.
Export or delete local data
Open Settings → Data & privacy to export all local data or delete it from the device. Deleting local data does not remove events already created in Apple Calendar.
